Gateway Center
Located at the Southeast corner of Highway 377 and I-20 in Benbrook, Texas, Boothe Architects designed this 22,500 square foot Mixed-Use two-story medical, office, restaurant and retail center. The structure features three distinct facades utilizing historic styled brick and stone features along with a tower to draw the passing drivers’ attention to the site. The building proudly meets the International Energy Conservation Code for commercial building standards.
