Boothe Architects was recently commissioned to design the first of two new two-story 18,000 s.f. Corporate Headquarters buildings in McKinney, Texas. The second or twin building is scheduled for construction with in a two – five year time period. Site features include lush landscaping and secured parking for the 24/7/365 Call Center employees. The buildings will feature an open Atrium and use a hybrid HVAC with solar power emergency back-up generator system.
