Originally constructed in 1924 as the Southside Masonic Lodge and located in the center of West Magnolia Avenue in the Historic Southeside Fairmont District, sat virtually empty and unused for many years. As an example of adaptive reuse, the building was developed, designed and rebuilt by Boothe Architects as a city and nationally recognized historic significant structure and repurposed as a bank and office facility. All systems and layouts were upgraded to current safety and accessibility standards.
