Newkirk Office

Boothe Architects developed, designed and rebuilt this 5,000 square foot historic 1920’s commercial building that had been scheduled for demolition.  The building was brought up to all current codes and exceeds current energy requirements.  All work met the Secretary on Interior standards for listing on the National Registry of Historic Places.  Used as Boothe Architects offices for several years, the building now belongs to the Tarrant County Hospital District.
