Fort Worth MHMR commissioned Boothe Architects to renovate an existing building and design a new Outpatient main building to provide services to the local community.  Part of the design challenge was to deliver a product that was not only energy efficient but low maintenance as well.  This was successfully achieved by BAI’s clever use of SIP’s (Structurally Insulated Panels), galvalume metal siding and brick exterior in addition to landscaping positioned to protect the west façade.
