McCart Medical Associates commissioned Boothe Architects to design an 8,300 square foot single story facility as an internal medical building for two primary care doctors. The building features a large Waiting Area with Reception Desk and Toilet Facilities; Consultation and Nursing Assessment Rooms; Records and Storage; a shared large Laboratory; Locked Medicine Storage; Conference Room; 14 Exam Rooms with cabinets and sinks; and individual Doctor’s Offices with private restrooms. The finished façade is a combination of stone and brick masonry with native zero-scape landscaping
