Originally constructed in the 1950’s as the Southside Lions Club, the long empty building was acquired as part of the Modern Village assemblage. Using Historic Standards as a guideline, Boothe Architects designed and converted the structure into an entertainment venue facility complete with a Full-Service Commercial Kitchen serving formal Dining Room and Bar, Exterior Brick Courtyards, and a Roof-top Beer Garden that features a live entertainment venue during the summer months.
