Green Auction Building

When acquired, the Green Auction Building had 1970’s vintage ground-level linear windows with the upper floor windows bricked up.  The 2nd floor had been unused for many years and still was configured as 1920’s apartments with a single toilet down the hall.

During demolition, a small section of the original storefront was found which led to the recreation of the storefront you see today.  The brick was removed from the upper windows and the original windows refurbished.  The first loft apartments in Fort Worth were built upstairs along with a Bead & Breakfast.  The Ground floor housed the Fort Worth Police Substation and a Restaurant.  We are proud of this stunning historic renovation.
