Ray Boothe is the principal, president and founder of Boothe Architects, Inc. Ray Boothe began practicing Architecture in the Near Southside of Fort Worth in 1983. Committed to historic preservation, restoration and adaptive reuse, Ray began buying historic buildings on Magnolia Avenue and restoring them. Our firm continues this commitment to people-friendly and community-based design.
Ray has also been a pioneer in sustainability, winning one of the first passive solar awards in 1979 for his innovative work building earth shelter homes. Our firm continues this commitment to environmental responsibility by creating projects that are designed to last, work with the land and topography as well as developing projects with creative and sensitive land usage.
As President, Ray Boothe is directly involved with all facets of the architecture practice, and watchfully oversees each project. He is qualified by over forty years of broad architectural experience and responsibility, which includes: Registered Architect & Registered Interior Designer, Real Estate Developer, Alternative Energy Developer & Construction Manager.
Ray has extensive experience in all facets of historic redevelopment and adaptive use, development, and design/build business.
Ray has been involved with hundreds of design projects, spanning commercial sectors, residential sectors, industrial sectors, and much more.
