Boothe Architects, Inc. has been proudly serving North Texas for over 38 years. We are a full-service architectural firm, and offer a full array of full-service architectural, design, and construction-oversight services to our clients.

We are the oldest Architecture firm in the Near Southside area. Our local roots give us the perspective and attitude of a smaller firm, but our resources and experience allow us to tackle challenges of nearly any size. We’ve designed hundreds of projects, spanning the healthcare, commercial, residential, and education sectors. Our project gallery shows highlights of some of our favorite work.

Our staff is local, and we take an active role in serving the Near Southside area and the broader Fort Worth community. From revitalizing historic districts, to designing stunning new projects, we are committed to this city.

Intelligent Designs

At Boothe Architects, we seek to emphasize “intelligent design” into all of our projects. What do we mean by this? It means we are committed to finding optimal solutions to our client’s problems and needs, while following the most rigorous architectural standards – for aesthetics, safety, function, and efficiency.

We seek to design structures that are appropriately sized, robustly constructed, beautiful to admire, functional to live in… while still being in harmony with nature. This is no easy task. In our eyes, “intelligent design” entails designing structures that contain an optimum blend of these factors, not maximizing one factor, at the expense of the rest.

We strive to design spaces that will fulfill our client’s needs, and become enduring places that people will enjoy for years to come.

A key theme of modern architecture is designing environmentally friendly spaces. At Boothe Architects, we have long been building structures that in harmony with nature – not structures that are in contrast to it.

Moreover, we are fully committed to adhering to the latest industry standards with regards to environmentally-friendly design concepts, materials, and insulation – especially with regards to the size and type of structure we are working with.

Budget-Conscious

We believe that a perfect design is one which meets our client’s needs, while still adhering to his or her given budget.

While occasionally we have worked with a “cost is no object” type of approach, the majority of real-world building projects must follow a strict budget.

One of our firm’s strengths is keeping our projects carefully in-line with our clients’ projected costs. As part of our basic Services, Boothe Architects can provide a computer generated “Statement of Probable Construction Cost” at the end of each phase of the design work.

Utilizing the Working Principal method of project management, Boothe Architects provides our clients with a Single-Source Point of Responsibility. Regardless of project size, this approach allows the client to focus his key personnel on doing what they do best: “The business of his business”.

Our Management and Quality Control Systems are initiated at the beginning of each project, keeping the client fully aware of the progress of their project.

Statements of Probable Construction Cost

As part of Basic Services, Boothe Architects can provide a computer generated Statement of Probable Construction Cost at the end of each phase of the design work. We base our Statement of Construction Cost upon three critical criteria:

Boothe Architects’ historical pricing data;
Pricing data from local general and subcontractors; and
Pricing data from national sources.
